We had a great turnout at the Robert Gillow last night for our folk trio, Apples in Winter.
The band consists of Ross Campbell (concertina/guitar/lead vocals), Celia Briar (harp/vocals) and myself on flutes and whistles and occasional vocals. We played in the 9.00 – midnight slot, which is a bit of a marathon, but we have a varied repertoire between us and managed to fill the space without too much bother! We had a fantastic attentive audience, which really made our night.
